Experience the rhythmic power of Vinyasa yoga to bring about bliss and balance in your life.

Vinyasa can be translated as “placing with care.” The practice of Vinyasa yoga is placing, with care, the breath on the movement of the body. The three rhythms we experience as human beings are: the breath, the heartbeat and the mind. When one changes, all of the others change as well. The practice of Vinyasa Yoga for the Mind, Body and Soul invites all three of the rhythms to come into balance with each other, creating a meditative experience through creative movement, focus and breath. In this immersion, you will dive deeply into yourself, experiencing your psychological body, physical body and emotional body from a place of clarity and freedom. Learn the tools you need to take your Vinyasa yoga practice home with you and enjoy a physically strengthening, and rhythmically calming meditation through movement on your mat – mindfully placing your mind, body and soul in true balance.

You will leave the immersion with a newfound knowledge and experience of the benefits of Vinyasa yoga and be equipped with tools to begin your own home practice.

The immersion will be of particular interest to those wishing to learn a moving meditation through yoga, or are yoga students/teachers.
