Renowned ayurveda cooking instructor, Nalini Mehta, will be lead us in the fundamentals of ayurvedic cooking. This workshop is tailored to cooking for the seasons. Vata dosha, which is easily aggravated by cold, windy, dry conditions, can come out of balance during the winter months. Pitta dosha, which is easily imbalanced in summer and Kapha dosha, easily imbalanced in spring and fall.. Join us for a workshop on information and demonstrations of authentic ayurvedic food preparations, food combining, and recipes, to keep you happy, healthy, and whole the year round!
