For FAMILY ACCOMMODATION:
1. Register all family members for a program.
2. When registering your child for a youth program, make sure to choose an accommodation option that is available for both your and their program with the SAME accommodation type.
3. Fill out the FAMILY HOUSING FORM after registering all family members with valid registration IDs.
3. For families of sizes other than 4 choosing quad-sharing, extra charges may apply (will be confirmed by the events team).
4. Accommodation availability not guaranteed by form completion; wait for confirmation from customer service.

For HOTEL RESERVATION:
1. Register using hotel request accommodation option.
2. Fill out the HOTEL ROOM FORM.
3. Course registration does not include hotel room charges.
4. Pay separately for approved hotel room request upon confirmation.
5. Filling the form does not guarantee onsite hotel accommodation.

Comfortable & cost-effective offsite housing. All rooms are double sharing with 2 twin beds with attached bathroom & A/C. Available for course participants and visitors 18 years & above. Minors not allowed. We will assist in pairing you with a same-gender roommate. Shuttle service will be provided from ASU to the Retreat Center, pickup before morning sadhana and drop-off after evening satsang. If you need ASU parking, please click on the link above.

Cancellation policy for Guru Purnima courses	FOR PROGRAMS 1. Written cancellation requests received up to 15 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a $100 administrative processing fee. 2. Written cancellation requests received 14 days or less before the program starts: Program expenses non-refundable. Course tuition refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee. 3. No refunds or transfers after program start date or for no-shows. Please note: Medical emergencies require a written request with physician's letter or relevant documentation for full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. FOR HOTEL ROOMS 1. Written request for cancellation up to 15 days before program start date: Full refund. 2. Written request for cancellation 14 days or less before the program start date: Full refund minus one-night hotel room charge. 3. No refunds for no shows. FOR ASU OFF-SITE HOUSING 1.
