    You will move beyond the confines of the yoga mat to invigorate and heal your body, relax your mind and nourish your soul. You will learn how to bring principles of yoga into every moment of your life, bringing you total health and freedom.
    Advanced yoga does not have to necessarily mean difficult yoga. In this yoga retreat, you will get a thorough exploration of yoga postures, ancient yogic knowledge, breathing and meditation in a gentle yet profound, celebratory and joyful retreat setting.

    In Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Retreat you will:

    • Detox holistically through yogic kriyas like Shankh Prakshalin (digestive cleanse) and Jalaneti (nasal cleanse)
    • Strengthen your body and heal chronic pains through a subtle strengthening and healing contractions (SSAHC)
    • Discover age-defying asanas, rejuvenating pranayamas and profound meditations
    • Learn the foundational principles of yoga and practical knowledge based on yogic wisdom

    Prerequisites:

    Happiness Program (previously known as Art of Living Course) or Yesplus course

    Participation requires attending all sessions. If you miss a session, you will not be able to continue with the Program without a discussion with the instructor. No refunds will be provided.
