Heather Hietala

Heather Allen Hietala has been a well-known artist and teacher for over 25 years. Her work in clay, textiles, and mixed media has been exhibited nationally and internationally. She has taught at Omega Institute, Penland School of Crafts, and Haystack Mountain School of Crafts as well as many other venues. She has worked with all ages using journaling and hands on materials to awaken personal creativity.
